At CADASA we believe in doing things right at all times even when no one is looking. We believe in acting with honesty and consistency in all we will be doing.
We pride ourselves in conducting our business in clear unhindered honesty. Clear to our beneficiaries, to our partners and to our community.
We at CADASA pride ourselves in being responsible overseers of Zimbabwe’s future leaders. We believe this generation is worth saving hence our Prevention, Awareness and Advocacy Programming.
CADASA Trust works with and alongside communities so the community is part and parcel of identifying and solving their own problems. This creates sustainability in our programmes as the community have ownership of the programmes. There is also a sense of common purpose and an action agenda for both the beneficiaries and CADASA.
CADASA is upright in its dealings. We are honourable in all our intentions and actions.
EVERY BENEFICIARY, EVERY TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCUSES
CADASA believes in inclusiveness at every level. We believe all who seek help from us ought to be assisted at all times.
We realise we do not operate in a vacuum and are in an arena with other players whom we respect. We are here to complete not compete. We also understand the importance of the ethical treatment of our stakeholders and the need to be socially responsible- which is already in CADASA’s DNA as a charitable organisation.
CADASA believes in accountability at every level, that means developing ownership for problems, successes, goals, initiatives, people and results. Through accountability, we are able to see whether CADASA is on the right course, whether CADASA has got the right people in the right places and whether they’re achieving goals. By being accountable, we are able to perform to full potential.
DOING MORE WITH LESS
The challenging economic times require that we “do more with less” while still making the same impact as when we have enough. This presents a golden opportunity for CADASA’s smart, proactive staff and volunteers to shine as they come up with creative ways of strategic sorting of priorities. CADASA prides itself in programme delivery by any means necessary.
RESPECT FOR THE CHILD/YOUTH
CADASA believes in treating the children and youths (our beneficiaries) in the same manner we expect to be treated. We are strong believers in showing consideration for another person’s feelings and interests. An attitude demonstrating that we value our beneficiaries.
